1.I was able to get a deal done quickly and fairly. Love the Sorento and the way I was treated. A smooth process and a good sales team, Jim Hamman was the person I worked closest with but all of the sales team worked together and respected each others roles. Great location, easy access and I look forward to taking it there for service since it has easy access to the Pearl District.
2.I started the new year right with purchasing a new 2011 Soronto at Broadway Kia! This car is amazing and I enjoy driving it! The customer service was the best that I have had compared to other dealerships. I was approached by a salesmen who had a great personality and very funny! Even his stylish outfit caught my eye with his nice smile!! I really enjoyed my time looking for a car and was happy that I found the car I was looking for with the help of Mo at Broadway Kia. During my search for a car I always hated all the sales people coming up to me but I was glad this sales person did because he treated me as a friend and was able to trust him! I will be referring him and the dealership to my family and friends. Broadway Kia has great salesmen and customer service! The service department was helpful and will be getting my services done there as well!!
3.I just bought a Kia Soul last week and I love it! My experience at the dealership was great and the sales person named Mo was awesome! He is an outgoing person who made me feel comfortable around him! He answered all my questions and the he manager Richard was nice!
