Needed to replace a failing car, and went to Broadway Kia. It had been ages since I purchased a new car. I worked with Jim Hammen. Jim worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.. I drove off in a beautiful new Soul and I am loving it.. Thanks Jim!!!

- Mike, Paul, and Richard were wonderful, Fantastic, Awesome! And seriously, when it comes to buying a car, I am hard to please. I was so apprehensive, I researched for weeks before finally coming in. Well I wish I would have sooner! Paul (the salesman) made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I told him what I wanted, told him I didn't want to play games, and what rate/sales price I expected. They all exceeded my expectations. I definitely didn't get 'phoney sales guy' vibes from any of them. Richard walked me through the financing without and ridiculous back-and-forth games. And the icing on the cake? Mike (Sales Manager) helped me install my son's carseat before we left (my son stayed at home). He has a two year old and was extra cautious making sure our seat was in right and secure. Which was awesome, because the reason we decided on a Kia Sportage was because it was so safe. I love that my family's safety was Mike's priority too. Overall, a really satisfying experience. I HIGHLY recommend the Broadway team!!
