We are new Kia owners, having only ever bought Hondas. After a great deal of research, I settled on the 2011 Sorento EX AWD V6 and sought a model with minimal bells and whistles. Jim Hamman replied to my internet request last night and we drove away happy this morning! I wasn't planning on getting the model with leather, Infinity surround, panoramic sunroof, etc., but they had one and I really liked it. Jim and the floor manager made it so easy to agree to a price quickly, adding rebates and financing at a lower rate than our bank offered. We'd gladly recommend Jim and Broadway Kia to anyone!

My Review of Broadway KIA:
I hope this review is sent to the owner of Broadway Kia. On wed the 10th of April I was in Broadway to have my 15000 mile service on my Soul taken care of. At that time I pointed out a hole in the drivers side floomat. Eric the service advisor felt that they could take care of this under warrenty. When I returned to pick up my car he told me that the mats were not covered. I told him that the car was only 1year old and had only had 15000miles on it.He said that I could talk to the sales mang. and see what he could do for me. Mike Brownlee came right out, looked at the hole in the floor mat and told them to replace it at no cost to me. He did the right thing for both Kia and Broadway, because had that have not gone my way they would have lost a ve

From start to finish, this dealership really made me feel like part of the family. They were helpful, respectful, sincere and a blast to work with. Considering I wanted a vehicle that i had to wait for, they were very patient and did an excellent job of setting my expectations.
