After reviewing the ads for the three local Kia dealerships I found that Broadway Kia had the best deal and largest selection. I called and talked to Jim Hammon to confirm they had the vehicle I was looking for. Then knowing I was going to have to trade in my beloved F150 we drove to the dealership to "just test drive". Once I got there Jim had the vehicle I called about up front and waiting for me. Since Jim took the time to allow me to look at various vehicles to locate exactly what I wanted, I ended up purchasing my new Kia Soul. The sales group at Broadway was willing to negotiate terms in a low pressure environment. They worked together to find me the best deal while maintaining a friendly, no pressure attitude. The sales environment was so good that I drove back the next day to locate some accessories for my new Soul where Jim meet me and once again made me feel at ease. While also taking the time to introduce me to the service staff he confirmed that all their requirement services were completed prior to me leaving. Due to Jim's friendly demeanor to make me feel at ease I will continue to drive my vehicle to Broadway Kia for its regular maintenance.- Our experience with Broadway Kia A+.
