"I recently bought a Sorento at Broadway Kia. I have been shopping for 6 months and I'm very picky. When I drive into a dealership I always get out of my car with a notebook. Most salesmen see this as a waste of time. They think if your taking notes they will never sell you a car.... Which is not far from the truth.. I was greeted by Paul and instantly he noticed my note pad and said "perfect, finally an informed customer that can make an intelligent buying decision". Ha ha ha. That broke the ice and quickly I found a salesmen that was a little different then the rest....We finally found the right car and I didn't even bicker on the price because it was so fair...
