- Had a very positive experience at Broadway Kia. A salesman asked what kind of car we were interested in and then asked if we would like to test drive any. We explained that we were not too interested in crazy bells and whistles. After inquiring about price, and getting that information we chose 2 cars to test drive. One we drove on a city street loop, and the other we went on a freeway loop.
As it was cold out, the salesman sat with us in the car, with the heater on, and explained how everything worked, if we had any questions, if we were ready or not to purchase at this time.
We choose one of the cars we test drove. April helped us with the paperwork which took 20 minutes only, AND synced our phones to the car's system, so our calls come through the car speakers.
