My Review of Broadway KIA:
 I hope this review is sent to the  owner of Broadway Kia. On wed the 10th of April I was in Broadway to  have my 15000 mile service on my Soul taken care of.  At that time I  pointed out a hole in the drivers side floomat.  Eric the service  advisor felt that they could take care of this under warrenty.  When I  returned to pick up my car he told me that the mats were not covered.  I  told him that the car was only 1year old and had only had 15000miles on  it.He said that I could talk to the sales mang. and see what he could  do for me.  Mike Brownlee came right out, looked at the hole in the  floor mat and told them to replace it at no cost to me.  He did the  right thing for both Kia and Broadway, because had that have not gone my  way they would have lost a ve
ry good customer,and a future buyer.  Many thanks to  Eric Cobile and Mike Brownlee.
