  • My experience at Broadway Kia was GREAT! My boyfriend and I visited Kia several times to test drive the Kia Optima and the staff was very patient and willing to answer any/all questions. I finally decided that the Kia Optima was the car I wanted and Jim worked extremely hard to get me a great price. Unfortunately they did not have the exact car I wanted (color, features, etc) on the lot. However, with a bit of patience on my part, and great communication with keeping me updated on their part, my car finally came...and I could not be more excited! Jim and April were amazing! They were so great to work with and seemed to truly care about me and did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted! I am very pleased with my purchase so far. -Sara
