  • This is the second new Kia we’ve purchased from Broadway Kia. We visited other car dealers and none compared to the customer service and quality of Broadway Kia. We were so relaxed and comfortable because of their honest approach and our salesman, Will, is truly top-of-the-line with customer service, salesmanship and knowledge of the car. He worked very hard getting us the price we wanted and the payments we wanted and he was so patient teaching us how to program and use all the new technologies. We will return and buy our next new car from them. I also like the way they give us a personal telephone call to see if we have any questions or concerns since we purchased the Kia instead of an impersonal email. -babetteg
