  • Purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento SX with Jim Hamman in February with a trade-in. Jim is very personable and knowledgeable. He also did an amazing job in entertaining our two young kids. Overall, we are very pleased, and the service is excellent. I withheld one star due to the extended discussion to finalize pricing on the new vehicle and the trade-in, after already obtaining internet quotes from Broadway Kia and other sources. As with any major purchase, you must come fully prepared. Otherwise, you may leave money on the table. Too bad Cain (3/6/12) felt taken. Regardless, I would still highly recommend Jim and Broadway Kia. -Sorento
