- My recent experience buying a used toyota was absolutely fantastic. I saw the car online (a model I had researched and knew it was what I wanted), called to inquire about it, and Jim Hamman returned my call very promptly. He checked to make sure the car was available and I told him I would be there in a half hour to take a look. Jim had the car waiting on the lot ready to go. I inspected it, asked some questions, and took it for a test drive. The internet special price was significantly lower than price other sellers were asking for older models of this car with 30000+ more miles. I told Jim my financing parameters, we wrote up the offer, and the entire deal was done in about 15 minutes. Jim never pressured, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to work with. I arranged to pick the car up the next day. Jim had it completely cleaned, and obtained the service records I requested from work done at the dealership to prep the car for sale. My wife went with me to sign the papers and pick up the car. She called our daughter and said (based on experience with other car dealers) that we would be home in a couple of hours. I had contacted Jim earlier in the day and requested that he have all the paperwork ready to go. When we arrived, Jim had done the work and we immediately walked into meet with the finance officer. That entire process took about 15 minutes (no pressure and we really enjoyed talking with her) and we were out the door with the car in about 20 minutes. My wife said it was the easiest car transaction we ever made and I agree. I strongly suggest working with Jim as our experience was the best.
